Lovely house. Clean, neat, spacious… one comment is that we would need more towels… we were only given one towel per person and that’s hard when there’s a pool at location and 8 people at home… Also, the game room AC was broken and while we did report it, it did not get fixed… otherwise this was a perfect stay…
There were a few hiccups with keypad on the door, but Sophie was very responsive!! She got everything taking care and easily accessed, even late night. Sometimes these things happen and it’s ok, but her timeliness to the manner was fast and reactive. I would DEFINITELY book with her again!!
I wasn’t going to write a review because my stay wasn’t so great. But today I received an email stating I would be charged damage fees to the property. So let the story began. Paid for early check-in. Arrived to the property I noticed the cleaners left behind cleaning supplies(carpet cleaner machine etc). Entered @2pm home was a little hot. Turned air conditioner down. Home was at 79 degrees. Noticed home wasn’t cooling off about 3:30. contacted Sophia she wanted pic of thermostat by then it was 81 in the home. Sent pic, she requested maintenance. I kept reaching out to see a time for maintenance unfortunately maintenance wouldn’t be out until the next day. I had to buy 3 fans spent 88.00 dollars because I had 6 kids in the home. One prone to nose bleeds I asked to be switched to a different home, they couldn’t accommodate me. Next day it was supposed to be fixed until 2pm-4pm. The ac was fixed until 8:30pm Saturday night the night before checkout. Pool door handle was broken home
