We had a great stay at Jen’s place. What truly made the experience exceptional was Jen herself — she was incredibly responsive, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. We’ve stayed at over 50 Airbnbs and VRBOs, and she has genuinely been the best host we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Jen was super friendly and helpful! Great place! Clean and modern just like photos. One thing I would say is that the entrance to the area should be elaborated more and there was no parking infront of the unit. You’ll need to park then walk to the unit. Other than that great place! Thanks Jen for letting us stay!

The listing does not mention stairs yet there are two flights of stairs. We asked to cancel as we had my elderly parents and were told the host could not cancel because they “would be charged” . The home was cleaned but not cleaned well. When reports were made, host did not even respond. We had issues with the AC and amenities and the host/hosts would not respond for long periods of time. Never was there any type of apology for the inconveniences. The host did FaceTime us to fix the AC issue she said she would call us back we never heard from her again. The home could be beautiful but the experience we had was far from ok and nothing we would wish on any other family.
