the house was spacious and just what my family needed. quiet location.
Unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We asked for early check in but were told housekeeping was still cleaning. Upon arrival, we didn’t find that the home had been thoroughly cleaned. We found clothes left behind from previous guests, stains running down the wall in the downstairs bathroom, bath and hand towels missing. When booking this home, the pool was a big selling point for our children. The pool wristbands were missing at check in and despite multiple messages to Justin and other hosts, we never received them. Our group went to the pool and were immediately kicked out because we didn’t have wristbands. This was embarrassing and disappointing. After reading a few other reviews, I now know this wasn’t the 1st time wristbands were an issue for guests. The hosts of this home are promising pool access even though they can’t provide that. Not only were our wristbands missing but the code we were given was incorrect. The hosts never responded when I asked for a refund.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We requested an early check-in, but were told it wasn't possible because additional time was needed to clean the property. Given that explanation, we expected the home to be spotless upon arrival. Instead, we found a half-eaten burger and fries left in the game room, pizza remnants on the dining room chairs, hair in living room, and a used piece of toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the home. We also experienced significant issues with the community pool access. The pool code provided to us was incorrect, and we were not given the required community pool bracelets. When we tried to use the pool, the three families staying in the home were asked to leave the pool area by the security guard on duty. This was both frustrating and embarrassing. Also, the game room is advertised as being air conditioned, but it is not. These issues negatively impacted our stay.
