Jen was a great host!
I got this place for a friends get away in St Augustine. I found it but we all showed up together and everyone was so pleased at how clean it was and how it was suited for all 10 of us. thoroughly enjoyed it and from now on, me and my friends will always look for this place first when taking trips to St Augustine. We are already planning another get away to stay longer.
This place needs some serious maintenance, it was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. It started from at the check-in, when entering the bottom portion the key pad didn’t work. They sent someone to change the batteries, but then the next morning once when we were about to go out and explore we find that the front door was wide open and they sent a locksmith over with out informing us. We had young girls with us, so were uncomfortable with a stranger having our door wide open. This place is also extremely filthy, my father found mushrooms growing in the upstairs restroom and mold was growing in the room. I brought these grievances up with the owners and they only gave me a third of my money back. This property needs some serious maintenance!
