This is my second time staying at this place because the location was close to where we need. However this stay we were only provided 4 very used towels, no washcloths or bath mat so we had to use a towel. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for 2 people when we were gone most of the day the washing machine didn’t work. The bedroom was like daylight at night because of the park lights shining in. My bed didn’t have a fitted sheet so came up all night. Unfortunately it did not meet the same standards as our 1st trip .
Very comfortable, clean and quiet. View of Lake Toho out the front window and downtown Kissimmee a ten minute walk.
Very friendly and responsive host, I think it was just bad timing as the air bnb is in a location with other tenants around and I didn’t feel comfortable due to a lot of noise and and banging around the outside. A few things didn’t work with the amenities and it was inconvenient. Had a few issues with one of the bedrooms and slept on the couch but overall left a day and a half early out of my 3 days and opted for a hotel but still paid the full 3 nights no refund :/Hopefully things get sorted out as it was a convenient location.
