The place is beautiful, spacious, and has a lovely kitchen, but there are major downsides. The carpets were dirty and there are stains everywhere. There is no elevator, making the stairs very tiring, and the location was hard to find. Also, if you return late, you must park far away. No housekeeping was provided; soap, shampoo, and towels were given only once and never restocked. The biggest issue was the AC: the lowest it goes is 70°F, it keeps shutting off on auto, and it only worked in one room. The host didn't take this seriously. Lastly, there are no blackout curtains, so the sun wakes you up directly in the morning. Great potential, but badly managed.
