Although I’m unable to leave a review of Jen’s home I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book with this host. I booked a trip to Florida and booked Jen’s place about a month and a half in advance. The weeks leading up to my trip Jen was very responsive and attentive to any questions I had regarding her rental. About two days before my trip was set to begin Jen stopped answering my messages completely. The day of my trip as I’m ON THE PLANE to Orlando I notified Jen that I still hadn’t received my check in instructions, still no answer. She didn’t answer my messages so I got in direct contact with air bnb letting them know I couldn’t reach her. It wasn’t until minutes after that she texted me she was unable to host me due to the AC breaking. I understand things can happen suddenly but she did NOTHING to help me. She barely apologized and offered no help or guidance nor any type of accommodation. She didn’t even respond back after telling me she’s unable to host me. I would not recommend!
We never got to stay at the house because the ac was broken. We understand things may happen but they canceled the air bnb trip the morning of our stay and told us that Airbnb would accommodate us however the situation was extremely overwhelming and frustrating considering we were so excited to stay at that home thankfully we were able to find a better place last minute but I Just would like to warn others of our experience before they book
Jen was a wonderful host. Great location , very spacious home. There are a few things that could be updated but overall it was a great value for the beautiful space!
