Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The pool was very dirty, with a lot of debris and even used bandages floating in the water. Although it was cleaned later, it should have been ready before guests arrived. One of our friends also cut his foot on broken glass near the pool. The stair handrail was loose, the pool table was broken, and the AC was not working when we arrived, so maintenance had to come. The bathtubs had hair and dirt, and one shower had almost no water pressure. One TV remote didn’t work, one toilet was loose, and there was barely any gas left for cooking. They also provided scratched plastic plates, and the silverware looked like it had been chewed. We found a stained towel, a stained comforter, and a stained pillowcase. Overall, the property was not properly maintained and did not meet our expectations.

Jen’s home is the best! The house is well maintained and very convenient. My family and I had a blast, we loved the pool. The host communicated with me very well. I will definitely book again.
