My stay at Mr. Justin’s cabin was bad from the start. The address to the cabin was incorrect on Apple Maps which added another 30 minutes to my arrival time and my other guests as well. Upon arrival we were meet with disgust as the entire place was presented as if someone was rushed out a minute before our arrival. Every bed not made up and stains in various ones, bathrooms unclean with towels and things laid across the floor kitchen utensils all the way upstairs, and we have yet to make it outside yet. I paid for a grill rental a week before our reservation and I was met with an empty propane tank and dirty grill. An unprepared hot tub, destroyed outside furniture, an assortment of empty beer cans thrashed on the ground by the fire place, broken handles on the sliding doors to even get outside. And to make matters worse Mr. Justin’s communication was minimal to none. When I finally did get in contact with someone I was promised a cleaner and it took a whole day for me to get them. BAD

When we arrived, the home was in unacceptable condition. It had clearly not been properly cleaned or detailed in quite some time. The AC vents were covered in thick dust, the walls were dirty throughout, and the stove had heavy, caked-on grime. Several kitchen cabinets were damaged, the trash cabinet did not function properly, and some bathroom blinds were broken. Outside, there were beer cans near the fire pit, patio chairs were broken, and the hot tub was inoperable with no water and pieces coming off. There was also a hole in the wall near the staircase. While we understand there may have been a miscommunication with the cleaning company, the overall condition did not reflect the price paid. With ten beds to remake and all dishes left dirty in the dishwasher, it was unrealistic to resolve promptly, especially given limited cell service and the late check-in time. We chose not to stay and worked with the host and Airbnb to obtain a full refund
