This home had live electrical wires exposed, the kitchen was covered in ants, the front porch was filthy, even the bench swing was covered in filth. The price was top dollar for a place not worth it. Not to mention the freight train that comes through at 5am most days. No backyard, and a horrible smell of cat. The hosts left little to no supplies in the house. We had to purchase laundry detergent, toilet paper, we even had to buy towels. I could go on. But really, you should go on to another place. Don't stay here.
Cute place and the owner was very responsive to questions and requests. Location near st Augustine was great.
