The house was as described, we did have a few issues with not enough towels, no hand towels still, they did send more 8 more bath towels & a package of 18 wash cloths, but not until 1 1/2 days after check in; so the first night we had to go buy some towels ourselves. We had 16 ladies in our group with 8 bath towels total; no dishcloths nor dish towels in the kitchen no starter essentials in the bathrooms and the grass had not been mowed outside. Not enough sheets for all the beds, nor enough pillowcases; none of the beds had mattress covers but the mattresses were fairly new & slept good. Hot tub didn’t get hot, but we did enjoy the pool & its lights. After several text messages/discussions the host did refund $153.00 of the $2200 cost to rent 2 nights so I gave them an overall rating of 4 stars. I would also like to say IF we have a large group again we would stay again with proof the linen & towel situations specifically have been resolved.

Host canceled the reservation day of check in; less than 7 hours of when check was supposed to be. Blamed the late cancelation on “AC issues” with no other explanation. Nearly ruined our vacation as we already had 20 people traveling to this house.
