Welcome to our charming house nestled in the picturesque town of Boone, North Carolina! Whether you're seeking a serene retreat or an adventurous getaway, our property offers the perfect blend of comfort and excitement. With 12 rooms to accommodate your family and friends, along with enticing features like a hot tub with a gazebo, firepit, and ample outdoor seating, your stay promises to be unforgettable.

Our cozy house is ideally situated in the heart of Boone, NC, offering easy access to both natural wonders and urban conveniences. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, designed to make you feel right at home.

Accommodation: With 12 well-appointed bed rooms (4 rooms with King bed, 1 with King Futon bed, 3 rooms with Queen bed, 1 room with Queen Bunk bed, 2 rooms with Twin Single beds, and 1 room with 2 Twin Single Beds) our house provides ample space for large families or groups of friends. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and cozy linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. We can accommodate up to 24 guests, making it an ideal choice for your large gatherings.

Note: Bedrooms 3 and 4 are interconnected, separated by a door. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed situated in a cozy nook. Similarly, Bedrooms 7 and 8 are connected, you need to go through Bedroom 7 to access Bedroom 8.

• BBQ Grill: We do NOT provide propane tanks for the BBQ grill. After usage please note that guests are requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

• HOT TUB IS OUT OF ORDER!

During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire home, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Our home is conveniently located near major roadways, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Guests can easily access the following transportation options:

Car: Boone is best explored by car, and our Airbnb offers ample parking space for your convenience. Whether you're heading to nearby attractions or venturing further afield, a car provides the flexibility to explore at your own pace.

Public Transportation: The area is served by local bus routes, providing easy access to downtown Boone and other nearby destinations. Check the schedule for route information and stops.

Walking and Biking: Enjoy the scenic beauty of Boone on foot or by bike. There are pedestrian-friendly paths and bike lanes throughout the area, allowing guests to explore the neighborhood and nearby attractions at a leisurely pace.

House Rules


• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets. If you plan to bring 2 pets, please let us know in advance so we can send the additional pet fee. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $200 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we’re able to accommodate an early check-in. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.


• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.


• HOT TUB: Please avoid splashing excess water out of the hot tub. If you need water for the fire pit or other uses, please use the garden hose at the front of the building. ·
Note: If the water level drops significantly (30-50 gallons), a $50 fee will be charged for maintenance, as this can disrupt the filtration system and require extra time to refill.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $500.


• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.


• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.


• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.


• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.


• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler’s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.


• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.


• BBQ GRILL: Propane tank is available for our guests to use but refill will be covered by the guest. Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use.Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• FIRE PIT: Guest will have to secure the firewood should they need to use the fire pit. Firewood is not supplied nor replenished in the property.

• CHANGE OF RESERVATION DATE: Kindly ensure the accuracy of your reservation dates. Any changes to the dates must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the automatic declination of the request.
