Host Jen And Co-Host Andressa Were Very Responsive And Communicated Quickly Whenever We Reported An Issue. I Appreciate Their Efforts To Address Concerns During Our Stay. However, The Property Itself Is Very Outdated And Needs Significant Maintenance And Remodeling. While Some Repairs Were Being Addressed, There Were Multiple Issues Throughout The Home Including Damaged And Peeling Chairs, Holes And Wall Damage, Areas That Need Fresh Paint, A Ceiling Fan Issue, Bathroom Fixtures That Were Loose Or Coming Apart, And Other General Wear And Tear. The Home Has Potential, But In My Opinion It Needs More Updating And Repairs To Match Guest Expectations. The Responsiveness Of The Hosts Was A Positive, But The Overall Condition Of The Property Was Disappointing.

I was extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. Our group consisted of 11 children and 5 adults, and we booked this home with the expectation that it would be fully available, functional, and suitable for our stay. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The stove was inoperable along with the pool/ hot tub. I reported the problems immediately and requesting assistance, no one arrived to address the situation until after 6:30 pm the next evening. As a result, our family has been unable to fully use and enjoy the property as advertised. The unresolved issues have caused significant inconvenience, disrupted our plans, and created unnecessary stress throughout our stay. The furniture was worn, microwave door was broken, there was a pest control issue, wholes in the wall, light fixtures were hanging from the cycling, the door handle was broken causing the kids to be locked in the room, the only issue that was addressed was the stove. I would not recommend this property.

We stayed in this house in Kissimmee for 16 days with a large group and had a great experience. The house is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups. We were 13 adults and 4 children, and still had one entire bedroom unused. Everyone was very comfortable, with plenty of beds and space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, and the beds are great. Having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two laundry rooms was extremely helpful for a big group. The air conditioning worked very well, and there was enough parking for 3 cars. The house was clean and organized when we arrived. We also loved that the grill uses charcoal instead of gas, although it could be a little bigger. The location is very good, with Walmart, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Disney parks were about 25–35 minutes away and Universal about 35–45 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We already recommended this house to another grupo and would definitely stay there again.
