Do not book your stay here! My family and I booked our stay months prior for the 4th of july weekend. The second we arrived, there was trash outside, the outside furniture was disgusting and dirty. Then when we went inside the heat was unbearable. Mind you, we went during a heat wave of 100 degrees and the place inside felt worse. They only had portable a/c that were hooked the screen windows and even that didn’t help at all. The kitchen was absolutely disgusting, stains and left over food everywhere. The utensils were covered in dried up food and the refrigerator was nasty. The washer and dryer was full of sheets that were not ours and the grill we rented from the owners which covered cleaning was filthy. The screen doors were falling apart and everything looked extremely dirty. This ruined our 4th of July weekend because we couldn’t find another place to stay at last minute. However, we do appreciate the owners being responsive and giving us a full refund.

I only spent 18 hours at location. Was sent options to pay extra for early and late checkout. When I asked was told no. I had nieces that drove up from Tampa, Florida just for this special occasion. So I was very disappointed not to be accommodated for a couple of hours. Also the outside of the house was filthy dirty. No one swept or cleaned. No furniture to sit outside. Too much money for what was offered. I won’t be using this place again.

I paid $930.86 for just one night with my friends. The line that we kept laughing about and repeating throughout the night that best represented this property was "lipstick on a pig". I'll explain: - when we first showed up, we moved the couches to position them so we could play video games. One of the couches was literally being held up by a broken brick and had 2 pieces of wood across the bottom of it because it had collapsed in the center - the downstairs shower handle just falls off when you turn it - the handle on one of the upstairs bedrooms just comes off when you open the door - the hot tub cover is decaying quite badly and it puts this brown film into the water that shows up on the edges - there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and very little soap The problem is the price. It's way too high for what you get from this stay. It looks great in pictures. Jessica did refund me $53.30 (not sure why that number) and to her credit, her and her team are very responsive.
