This property was not accurately represented based on our experience. Our group of 21 relied on a fully working kitchen to cook meals and avoid the expense of eating out. The first night, 7/6, the stove repeatedly tripped the breaker, and one guest felt an electrical shock to her hand and arm while trying to use it. We reported it immediately, and the host instructed us not to use the stove again. The host acknowledged that prior to our arrival he knew the stove was not working properly. Despite this, he did not repair, replace, or disclose it to us before check-in. I followed up again on 7/8 regarding the stove issue, but received no response. At checkout on 7/11, it still had not been repaired. Other issues included a dirty home, a broken half-bath door, flies, trash can odors, a nonworking garbage disposal, not enough bath linens, the dryer vent unconnected which caused the smoke detectors to sound, a slow-draining sink, a dirty hot tub, and water seeping up through floor tiles.

We had our whole family (8 adults and 5 children all 5 yrs. and under) expecting a nice house to stay in. When we arrived there was water creeping up from the floor crevices, bathrooms were filthy (used toiletries left in showers and a pimple patch stuck on a shower curtain), dishwasher that smelled spoiled with old food in the bottom of it, a range that kept tripping the breaker and would spark when the breaker was flipped back on between the range and wall which was completely unsafe to use (wasted a lot of food we had purchased beforehand to cut back on eating out), two of the three toasters were inoperable, mold in the showers and on the shower curtains, hot tub was dirty with sand in the seats and bottom, lock on the back door was very hard to get to lock, and the coffee maker leaked. Overall, this property was poorly maintained, poorly cleaned, and had multiple maintenance and safety issues. It fell far below what we expect from an Airbnb, and for the price we paid!

Kitchen was filthy, microwaves had food stuck inside, refrigerators dirty inside, grease on the stove top and back splash, silverware with food stuck on, coffee pot with coffee still inside, pot holders filthy. Half of the cook stove did not work. One shower had hair in it. Reported issue, and was told they would send a cleaner as soon as possible. Three days later wanted to send cleaner, but we had already done the cleaning ourselves as we had 14 people and needed to be able to use the kitchen. Were charged $75 rent for the outdoor grill, this was to pay for the propane and so that the cleaners would clean it after we left. We had to clean it before we could use it, filthy. Spiders, webs with dead bugs 1/2 bath door broken, broken tv & dvd player. Wasp nests on front porch. Fire alarm going off at midnight due to malfunction, fire dept. had to come and find bad smoke alarm. Alarm went off again at 3 am due to another bad smoke alarm.
