We booked this Airbnb for July 8–12 but left on July 10 because the condition of the property was unacceptable. When we arrived, there was a strong unpleasant odor, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and communication was frustrating. Although there were multiple hosts in the chat, our concerns beyond the Wi-Fi were largely ignored. As our stay continued, we found baby cockroaches throughout the home. After our first night, our daughter woke up with two large insect bites on her arm. The carpets and other surfaces had numerous stains, and during the night the toilet leaked, soaking the carpet and some of our belongings that were on the floor. There also weren't enough amenities for the number of guests we booked for, and the pool appeared green during our stay. We contacted Airbnb for a refund and received less than half of what we originally paid but at that point we just wanted some compensation for the days we booked and weren’t using. Based on our experience, we don’t recommend this property.

The address on the listing is incorrect, it's the house across the street. the knob on the door was broken so you had to pull it for the lock to fully locked. the garage door does not work. the provided pots had left over food from previous guest. Shower heads coming out of the wall. the pool had other people's hair in it and the sofa was dirty. the grill was rusted out and full of grease from other people. maintenance came to fix the grill as it didn't light properly when mentioning the grease he just shrugged. the guest room with the bigger bed had bodily fluid on it and unfortunately my son didn't know it until he was in the bed. majority of the plugs in the house does not work. Plumbing issues everytime you flush the toilet it just runs. the amount of flys from the trash can on the side of the house because it's filthy. poor drainage on the back it rained for a few hours and the water rose to concerning levels

The layout was awesome, lots of space & kitchen lots of counter space. Great price, great location, pool was great. The home did have some wear & tear. The tv screen in the living room had a blue hint to the coloring of the screen, which was a bummer. We didn't have much time to chill & watch tv. Cpl of tv remote battery lids missing. Carpet in the bedrooms had some stains that looked permanent. Despite the wear & tear, the house was well clean. The washer wasn't working properly. The hosts did make good efforts to get maintenance out to address it, but the maintenance man had poor English skills & didn't seem to want to wait a little longer to see the next phase of the wash cycle play out to see if a full cycle would run successfully, which it didn't. The washer still wasn't working so i gave up & went to a laundromat a mile down the road. I at least appreciated communication with the hosts. We extended our stay 1 more night & offered a great price for that. Great with responding.
