The home is in a great location, and the size and layout were perfect for our group. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property did not match the listing photos, and our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the cleaners were still at the home, so we had to wait past our scheduled check-in time before we could get inside. Once we entered, it was clear the home had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the carpets, sofas, and walls, dusty air vents, and an unpleasant odor throughout the house. Several advertised amenities were also not functioning properly. The jacuzzi never heated up, the dishwasher did not work, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the home cool, making it uncomfortably hot at night. The most concerning issue was that we discovered bed bugs during our stay, which significantly impacted our experience.This property has a lot of potential because of its excellent location and spacious floor plan, but it is in need of a deep clean
My family spent 5 days in the home and we were very satisfied with the space. We felt right at home, the house was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, clean linens, and lots of natural light flowed into the bedrooms. The bathrooms were pristine with fresh clean towels. Justin was very responsive to my messages when I needed clarification on anything before and during our stay. I highly recommend this home for family reunions. We all chipped in and took great care of keeping things clean , so checking out was very smooth. We would certainly stay here or any of their other properties that have a similar standard and quality. I must say we were very pleased.
Initially, the hosts were very responsive, and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, we arrived to find dead bugs, heavily stained carpets and furniture, broken furniture, a non-working upstairs A/C, and a refrigerator that stopped working. I immediately notified the hosts and sent photos and videos. Although they sent a maintenance technician, he was unable to fix either issue and actually caused the refrigerator to leak water throughout the kitchen. We requested fans because the house became unbearably hot, but ended up having to buy our own after no response from the hosts. To make matters worse, several of us left covered in bug bites that we strongly believe were from bed bugs. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a frustrating experience dealing with maintenance problems and uncomfortable living conditions. I would not recommend this property.
