• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler’s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• BBQ GRILL: Propane tank is available for our guests to use but refill will be covered by the guest. Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.
• FIRE PIT: If you intend to use the Fire pit, please bring your own firewood
• CHANGE OF RESERVATION DATE: Kindly ensure the accuracy of your reservation dates. Any changes to the dates must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the automatic declination of the request.

Pool Maintenance: A pool maintenance personnel will be on property to maintain the pool. They will not be accessing the home.
Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.
Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home
