- **Anonymous**: "I rarely leave reviews, but this stay really needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, the condition of this property fell far below expectations and what was advertised.

There were multiple issues throughout the home, including mold and mildew in some of the bathrooms, broken chairs, and beds that did not appear to be properly cleaned. Several appliances were not working, including the microwave and a refrigerator that would not stay cold. The downstairs air conditioning was also not functioning, which made it very uncomfortable.

We also encountered broken toilets, damaged doors (some missing door knobs), and bathtubs that would not drain properly. There was trash left under a dresser, bugs present in the home, and the pool area did not have a proper screen enclosure.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made it difficult for my family to enjoy our weekend. We did our best to make the most of it, but this was not the experience we expected or paid for." (2/5)
