Home was at 79 degrees. Noticed home wasn’t cooling off about 3:30.  contacted Sophia she wanted pic of thermostat by then it was 81 in the home. Sent pic, she requested maintenance. I kept reaching out to see a time for maintenance unfortunately maintenance wouldn’t be out until the next day.  I had to buy 3 fans spent 88.00 dollars because I had 6 kids in the home. One prone to nose bleeds I asked to be switched to a different home, they couldn’t accommodate me. Next day it was supposed to be fixed until 2pm-4pm. The ac was fixed until 8:30pm Saturday night the night before checkout.  Pool door handle was broken home" (2/5)
