We asked to cancel as we had my elderly parents and were told the host could not cancel because they “would be charged” . The home was cleaned but not cleaned well. When reports were made, host did not even respond. We had issues with the AC and amenities and the host/hosts would not respond for long periods of time. Never was there any type of apology for the inconveniences. The host did FaceTime us to fix the AC issue she said she would call us back we never heard from her again. The home could be beautiful but the experience we had was far from ok and nothing we would wish on any other family." (6/5)
