Master bedroom seemed to be an addition to the home and the AC did not cool in that area. Lizards in the home, ants in the bathroom. The floor was very slippery and oily. Blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken and wouldn’t go down. Towels were dingy.
From our correspondence, it seems as though you are not available to check on your property yourself. I would encourage you to find another cleaning person/ company - although the details of toilet paper flowers are nice, dirty floors just counteract that detail. I think if you invest in a better cleaning company, you will have much more consistent high reviews.
