The home was spacious and in a great location, but it needs some TLC!! One of the upstairs toilets leaked and downstairs tub was clogged, making it difficult for guests to shower or use the bathroom.. The Wi-Fi was out for over 24 hours and with no phone service inside, we were completely disconnected. Even after contacting the host about the issues, nothing was done to resolve them. Most concerning of all — there were pests (bed bugs) in the Minion-themed room. Several guests spotted flat, round bugs and ended up with bites, forcing them to sleep on the couch downstairs. Completely unacceptable. Also, while the listing says it sleeps up to 22 guests, that’s only realistic if most of those guests are children. It’s not suitable for a full group of adults (we had 15) unless you're okay with being uncomfortable or squeezed in. You can tell the place was nice before but is now run down and needs serious cleaning, pest control, and maintenance. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend booking.

I was initially excited about this Airbnb based on the pictures, but unfortunately, the reality was disappointing. Upon arrival, the furniture was dirty and unkempt, making the space feel neglected. To make matters worse, we encountered a cockroach in the kitchen, which was unsettling and speaks to a lack of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere was dingy and poorly maintained, far from the cozy retreat we had hoped for. Additionally, the shower had barely any water pressure, making it difficult to enjoy even basic hygiene during our stay. For the price and expectations set by the listing, this was far below an acceptable standard. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless serious improvements are made to cleanliness and maintenance.
