HOUSE RULES
• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets. If you plan to bring 2 pets, please let us know in advance so we can send the additional pet fee. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $200 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we’re able to accommodate an early check-in. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $500.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler’s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Our drive in was straight forward and the house was easy to find. Hedge’s place is exactly what the pictures show. It was stunning! Our time there was exactly what we needed. We went for my son’s 16th birthday and Hedge’s place offered a little something for everyone.
OMG I MEAN THAT PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL EXACTLY LIKE PICTURES VERY VERY CLEAN …I JUST DIDNT WANNA LEAVE IT FELT LIKE HOME …IT ISNT ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE THAT IS OUT OF PLACE JUST SIMPLY AMAZING I REALLY REALLY LOVED IT ✨💕THE DETAILS , DESIGNS, LAYOUT I RATE THEM 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 STARS LOL
Hedge’s place was great! We needed a place for peace and it was perfect. The property is gorgeous and well kept. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked more than expected. There is everything you need for cooking and storage space is fantastic. There was a very lovely, easy to navigate instruction sheet for checkout, which was greatly appreciated. Not pictured is an air hockey table (fun surprise!) and so many games as well as roasting tools for the fire pit. The cabin has great light but shades as needed and the bedrooms have blackout curtains for the sleep in days. We brought our dog and felt very welcomed with her. They even have a doggy dish! I saw a few comments about the road that gave me caution, BUT it’s nothing in Hedge’s control and appears to be under paving now. (June 2025) If you are planning to stay when it’s raining/icy, I would suggest any vehicle other than a sedan or sports car. Though, as mentioned above, likely a non-issue soon! Thank you!
