This was, without question, the worst Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. There was no hot water, non-working fireplaces and TV, the AC froze up, and the fridge’s ice maker didn’t work — all basic things you expect to function in a rental.

Worse than that? The host completely ignored every message we sent. No response. No help. Nothing.

To make matters even more frustrating, a recent review described the exact same issues — which means the host was fully aware and chose not to fix anything before renting it out again. That’s not just negligence — it’s dishonest.

We’ve filed for a full refund through Airbnb and strongly urge anyone considering this place to stay far away until it’s actually made livable and the host starts taking responsibility. Right now, this listing is a scam." (2/5)

The patio tv was broken and host was unresponsive when I messaged. The buckshot game is broken. When I went to take a shower there was no hot water and once again the host was unresponsive for another 24hours and didn’t respond until I sent a message that I had reached out to AirBnB support. The host had asked me not to leave a review and that a plumber was not available to come out but assured me it would get taken care of after checkout. Then I had seen a previous review from over a month prior to my stay of them going through the exact same thing. The hosts knew before check in that I would not have hot water during my stay and that’s super shady. These hosts are scamming people!!!" (2/5)
